Kane’s website lists Trust Administration as one of the firm’s areas of expertise, so I reached out explaining that I was thinking of dissolving a SNT and wanted guidance on the financial implications of doing so since there is a considerable amount of money in there. The receptionist took down my information and scheduled me for a 15-min consultation in three weeks’ time. My partner and I cleared our schedules for the consult. After waiting over 5 minutes to be let into the Zoom, the call was canceled. When I checked my phone, the receptionist had left a voicemail that Kane just saw the notes on my inquiry and wouldn’t be able to help. He didn’t even have the decency to show his face and tell us himself on the Zoom, even though he had specifics on the case for almost a month before our call. Really unprofessional and disrespectful.

ZERO stars if that was an option. I just had my initial consult call with Gerry. He couldn’t stop boasting about himself about how he is the only attorney in the world who can do what he does and protect my kids. I sat and wasted 30 minutes of my time with him to tell me how great he is. Then at the end, he asked me if I had any questions. I did, so I started to talk and after only a few words he completely cut me off while he kept looking at the clock and he said ” I’m gonna have to wrap this up and have another call!” I was like WHOA, what? I have questions and instead of listening to them and providing answers he basically just said ” I don’t have time for you!” since my question wasn’t “How do I pay you money.” I had some concerning questions and he didn’t have time for that. He also spent majority of the call telling me about himself and how he is so great, how he is the only person capable of making a trust to protect my kids. I was completely put off by his demeanor and actions. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY! I have already found someone else who will take the time to answer my questions until I feel comfortable with this process, someone who didn’t talk about themselves the entire time, someone who didn’t feed me lies stating they are the only person that has something “special” to setup for my kids. I sure do know a liar when I see one and this guy was bad vibes all around. Don’t waste your breath, time or money on this scam artist.
