I Hired Golden Legacy for a probate matter. At First the Woman by the name of Amber seem to be very Interested in solving our immediate Situation. However as time went by she stop responding and never seem to be available when the court dates came up.
This is the place to do estate Planning the staff are very nice definitely recomend this place
I was working with Amber who was friendly and responsive at first but as time progressed she became uncommuniative. I recently had a court date 4/26/2023, the judge informed me that probate petition filed was incorrect and had many discrepencies including that the persons involved were not served with the lawsuit. It took longer than two weeks to receive the proof service and when I did receive the proof of service it had the wrong address. It is disappointing that they failed to uphold their services and nothing was resolved in my case. I do feel they took advantage of my situation and that I live out of state. Contract their services with caution.
