Review based on first phone call: I called to ask the cost of a consultation and was able to chat briefly with a lady (not an attorney). We explained that we had already filed an i485 on our own, and we were concerned for our case because we have not heard back from USCIS. She said she can schedule a consultation but we should wait until we hear back from USCIS. We talked about numerous concerns of ours and she told us what she has observed since working in this field. She was very nice and professional. We will definitely call this attorney back when we hear back from USCIS.
