We’ve had a long history of contact and interactions (both personal and legal). Always tries to find path forward that does not require high court expenditures (in time and costs). Very responsive to clients. Dave is very experienced, especially in real estate situations in the South Bay and Santa Cruz Mountain areas. Has been an excellent mediator in disputes. One could not ask for better treatment in his expertise.
I needed my trust revised, and David was incredibly helpful. He did it with a quick turnaround and was very reasonably priced. I really liked how David made me feel special and was 100% present when he helped me. Working on trusts can be stressful, but David was empathic as well as funny to lighten the mood. There was also lots of parking at the office. I’m glad I found him.
