A++ service. I hired David Blumberg, who was referred by a friend, to help me when I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle. He and his staff were very professional, and answered whatever questions I had, and kept me well informed all the way through the process. AAA insurance (that the driver who hit me had) was dragging their feet and stonewalling him, so he brought in an additional lawyer at no additional cost who used to work for AAA, and knew how to navigate their red tape. It took a little while, but the case was finally settled for $100K, of which I received about half after medical bills (I had a fractured wrist) and lawyer fees. David is a great lawyer and a good person. Their primary objective was to make sure I was ok, and then to get me compensated. Highly recommended.
