Do not bother hiring these people. They claim to be professionals but severely lack there of! I am constantly having to call them to get updates or be transferred to a certain person or department. All they do is tell you that the person/department you are trying to reach is unavailable and that they will send a message to who ever you are trying to reach so they can call you back. But they never call you back and don’t make you feel like a valued client ever they are constantly dropping the ball. Calling customer support seems incredibly difficult and when you do get a hold of someone they give you robotic responses. It is as if this firm doesn’t want anyones business i will not be hiring this firm ever again. Way to make a client seem like someone who is not important enough. This firm got me my settlement which is a positive but in terms of care and professionalism they severely lack in that department and could care less for your business or concerns. This firm loves to play phone tag. If i could give negative stars for the service i am getting i would give you -3 stars. Again do not hire this firm.
