Racist Lawyer. My mother called to make an appointment, and she picked up. She told my mother that she was closed, but my mom asked if she could make an appointment since she answered the phone. My mother has an an accent, so she said “Do you speak English? I said we’re closed.” to which my mother responded yes, she does, and she just wanted to make an appointment. She then goes, “I don’t think you speak English. Learn English.” and hung up. Can’t believe this. Learn how to be respectful to EVERY clients background.
From what I just experienced over the phone and seeing the variations on number of stars on two categories, I have to wonder if there is a personality disorder. Rude and devaluing are words that could start to describe my experience.
