I do not recommend Kevin Holmes in child custody. He told me these custody agreements can be amended at any time which I have figured out is false. He lead me to agree to something that he said I could amend and now I’m having to hire multiple other attorney’s to fix his mistakes. Also when the order was written he did not review it at all. Sent me to sign and I caught multiple mistakes. He has to ask the opposing attorney how to calculate child support. Not sure where he got his law degree but he might need to go back. Crazy that Crawford County voted him in as prosecutor. I hope he does a better job as prosecutor than with my case. Also he doesn’t respond to emails or calls and was too busy trying to win his prosecutor position while he was “working” on my case.
