On April 25th 2024 I was riding my motorcycle into work and was merged into by a uhaul at around 35 mph and in an instant I was thrown from my bike, on the ground evading oncoming traffic, busted up confused and bloody. I ended up in pretty bad shape covered in cuts scrapes and road rash with a few cracked bones and stitches on my forehead above my right eyebrow where I had initially landed and the debt I found myself in after the fact seemed to be just as bad. I spoke with attorney after attorney and lawfirm after lawfirm whom were sympathetic yet unwilling to help and that is when Mr. Joe Hoke and Ms. Brittni Sabatini had reached out to me. To put it bluntly these to were simply amazing from the jump not only were they prepared to represent and fight for me but they also gave me all kinds of information on my situation that no one else seemed to care to do and that was even before I agreed to have them represent me. They had estimated the case would take roughly a year from start to finish and had things to a close months before that. Both Joe and Brittni had me awe struck from the word “go” being extremely honest, informative, dedicated, timely and caring. These two not only did everything they could to properly represent me and fight on my behalf but also doubled the settlement amount other lawfirms barely had time to even quote. In my situation when I found myself down struggling and broken in many different ways Joe Hoke and Brittni Sabatini extended an understanding and caring hand with communication guidance and on point timely information to lift me up and get me back on my feet. They turned what had seemed to be hopeless into the absolute best of a bad situation. With Joe and Brittni’s information and guidance we were able to get all the medical bills, damages, lost wages and lost hope back where they needed to be. I can not express enough just how grateful and appreciative I am to and for these two for everything they have done on my behalf and helping me in my time of need especially when no other lawfirms could see “the benefit of it”. Not only would I request these two again in a heartbeat if found in a similar situation but I strongly, highly, firmly, and confidently recommend them to anyone else in similar circumstances (and will). A 5 star review just does not seem like enough to fully show my appreciation and gratitude for everything these two have gone above and beyond to do for me not to mention the caring, timely, informative, respectful, and professional way they carried themselves throughout this endeavor. At the very least I would like to say: to Mr. Joe Hoke, and to Ms. Brittni Sabatini, Thank you! Thank you so very much for everything you have done and didn’t have to do but did anyway, going that extra mile on my behalf. Joe and Brittni you are truly a godsend, I have nothing but the utmost appreciation and respect for the both of you. We need more people and representatives that care and carry themselves the way you two continue to do.
