Mr. Smith represented my son in a custody case. I also paid him $750 dollars to get my name redacted in a restraining order, that I had nothing to do with and shouldn’t have been listed in. Mr. Smith never even requested my name be removed from the restraining order. He basically stole my money. As far as representing my son. He completely failed at that also. Mr. Smith honestly did nothing. His efforts and fees were a waste of money. He’s a con man, who will tell you, he will win your case then do nothing. I think he’s too old to be practicing, he can’t remember, who you are even after you’ve hired him. He’s a flake. Would not recommend. His receptionist, very nice lady though.
