If I could give a negative review, I would. I applied for legal ease through my workplace and was matched with Mr. Smith. I called him for a consultation and he was very rude and had a very negative attitude. You want me to pay you $1500, but you are gonna be that hateful to me? I think not.
Mr. Smith represented my son in a custody case. I also paid him $750 dollars to get my name redacted from a restraining order, that I had nothing to do with and shouldn’t have even been listed in. Mr. Smith never requested or petitioned my name be removed from the restraining order. He basically stole my money. As far as representing my son. He completely failed to do that as well. Mr. Smith honestly did nothing for me, nor my son. His efforts and fees were a waste of money. He’s a con man, who will tell you, he will win your case then do nothing. Seems to be a big sissy. I think he’s too old to be practicing, he can’t remember, who you are, even after you’ve hired him. Plus, pretty sure he has a drinking problem. He’s a flake. Would not recommend. His receptionist is a very nice lady though.
This man charged me $5,000 and didn’t produce one legal document. I would have been better off with google and representing myself. Don’t waste your money.
