Best divorce attorney ever, call Attorney Neely
Even though he did talk very professional I was willing to over look that. But when I was telling him about my case and concerns and he said some stuff was irrelevant it wronged me the wrong way because his tone was out of order when saying it. He also was going to take my case for 1500 with basically no paper work. I’m glad I didn’t go this route and you maybe glad also. Look else where pls.
I can only talk about my experience. I was in need to register a foreign Judgment in Arkansas, I talked to Mr. Neely and he said it was not a problem and would cost $1,500. I drove 7 hours to Pine Bluff. Met with Mr. Neely, he stated it should not take long to draft and file required documents. Waited a couple of ours. He finished and filed. He mentioned the documents would be registered the next day. Next day came and I was told in 3 days. So I drove back home 7 hours. 3 days later I drove back 7 hours to pine bluff and get a registered copy from the circuit clerk only to discover the paperwork was done improperly and rejected. I called Mr Neely all that day to no answer. Long story short after 14 day I terminated his services because the paperwork was not done, never attempted to correct his error. Withdrew from counsel under untrue statements. Mr. Neely stated he would refund part of the retainer fee but to this day it has not happened. Mr. Neely did not have the best interest of his client and was dishonest many times. And the $1,500 retainer was way more then other attorneys charge which is $1000. All I can say Mr Neely had no experience in the matters of foreign judgments which he led me to believe. Look elsewhere.
