Cecilia was amazing. She never made promises, but she was always confident we should not settle. My husband wanted 50%. I had offered a 70/30 split. The outcome was positive in my favor, and was better than I’d hoped for. 75/25. I was blessed to have Cecilia on my side.
Would never recommend Cecilia to make competent or safe decisions for children. Has no problem recommending children be placed with negligent parents with criminal history, drug abuse issues, and severe neglect. Thank goodness judges have authority to override reckless recommendations.
