I would highly advise for anyone not to use this law firm. For one, there is alot of misrepresentation. The Kevin Kelley man is just a paralegal and the so called attorney is someone named Sy Veerasaeng. This firm sent me to this chiropractor for treatment called Faulkenberry Chiropractor in Little Rock, AR. The chiro didn’t want to do right and give a reduction in their fees. I asked this firm would they consider reducing their fees because I didn’t feel it was fair nor right that I get penalized and cut short out of some of my settlement because these people didn’t want to do a reduction in their fees. They didn’t. And of course, when I sent emails in to Kevin Kelley asking about this, some kind of way, he set his emails on an automatic response stating something to the notation that they had received my email and someone would get back with me in 24-48 hours. Needless to say, that has not happened yet. In the beginning, he was very diligent with communicating, returning calls, emails, etc but when it gets time to settle, you don’t hear from them. More than anything, I don’t appreciate the lies about the misrepresentation because if you are not the attorney, that needs to be stated upfront. And then to have to start communicating with this Sy guy was not very pleasing either. I’ll be honest, I’ll probably be seeking further if I can take some kind of action against this firm for what they did. My case settled for a pretty significant amount that I was well pleased with but for what my portion was that I actually walked away with, was NOT! This was my experience with this firm and I wouldn’t want anyone else to have to go through this ordeal nor deal with them. Also, they supposedly have a firm located in Little Rock but they are headquartered out of Dallas, TX. Not one time did I ever meet with these people in person at all and don’t even really know if a firm exist in Little Rock where I’m located. I felt this needed to be shared with the public and put out there.
