What a waste of money. No wonder they make you prepay for an appointment. Medicaid information that Oldham gave us was not the whole story. Please get a second opinion if you’ve already paid for the appointment.
He screwed up my mom’s estate. He was paid to change the executor and the trustee from one sibling to the other and he just flat out didn’t do it. He lied to my brother and said he hadn’t seen my mom for 5 years before she died when we had both been in his office 4 months prior to her death. He said she had no will when he wrote the will. Caused nothing but problems with his irresponsible behavior.
Used Oldham, the primary counsel, years ago thru an employer law firm plan. He failed miserably. He was my counsel for a private issue involving an administrative hearing. On the day of the hearing I showed up. He did not. Instead. He sent his wife who had no real knowledge of the hearing issue and she had not a thing to offer in my defense. It was a complete fail on his part and I lost the hearing. He had some stupid excuse why he couldn’t attend but bottom line he could have cared less in leaving me stranded with a lost replacement who was horrible. I ultimately won the case because the attorney on the other side contacted me personally and provided tips to win on another front. He even implied the big fail by the hapless Oldham replacement. He
