My lawyer was Sarah Bayard she never fought for my case , she never even tryed to get all the information about my case. Every time I tried to contact her she would never respond unless it was time to make a payment. I was never able to contact my own lawyer I will never in my life work with this law firm again.
I signed a retainer agreement with him, and for more than 4 months, he never reached out to me. When I called, I kept hearing stories of him been in court but when I checked with the court, he did not do anything concerning my case. However I was billed. His negligence has impacted my case negatively and I regret working with him
Josh Allen was our lawyer there, he may have a lot on his plate but seemed to genuinely care and have the best interest for his clients. He will make you nervous showing up right before court starts but hey, he got the job done! He got a class C felony dropped for us and we could NOT be more grateful for him!
