If I could give zero stars, I would. Ron Kelsay was assigned as a public defender for my son, and the experience with both him and his office was extremely disappointing and disrespectful.
Rude receptionist.
Ronald kelsay rushed me through a 30 minute consultation, gave me approximately 7 minutes and continued to tell me to send him an $800 retainer before he would look at anything. Receptionist consistently had an extremely bad attitude. I was denied help by this law firm because I sought of help from other attorneys. How pathetic to choose not to help someone who is having a difficult financial time with the loss of several family members. Find some else, anyone else.
