I have been a customer of The Elrod Firm for many years starting with the office in Bentonville, AR and now beginning to work with the office in Hot Springs Village, AR. They have assisted me primarily with my personal trust but also by reviewing my family’s trust when it came time for me to become the active trustee. They have always been very professional, willing to listen and make changes to my trust as needed during its creation as well as my needs and circumstances have evolved. And most of all friendly. I would highly recommend them for elder law and trust creation and maintenance.

We had to reschedule our meeting, so it was easy to adjust. Got a reminder call in advance. Brought in our completed forms with questions to address our needs. Bethany made us feel at ease with our decisions and will be meeting soon to complete the process.
