Total waste of time using him
Excellent man does us right every time
Michael is absolutely horrible at communication. We have probably visited his office at least a 1000 times in the last year. We took our taxes to him in February 2022 and followed up in case we owed any taxes. My business partner and I own 2 businesses and still have not received anything in regard to our taxes. Not to mention that he did mess up on our SCorp paperwork by adding a non owner to our company and accidentally took me off. Here’s the the kicker, my office is in the same shopping center as his. Today, my business partner went to pay him a visit and was told that Michael was busy, come back at 1200. My business partner told his secretary that he was actually busy at this time and Michael could come visit us at our office around that time. Well, no suprise, ghosted again. I would never recommend using him as his professionalism = lack of communication and avoiding his clients. I wonder why there aren’t more reviews since Michael claims he has 200+ clients. If there was an option to leave 0 stars, I would because this level of service isn not worth a single star. Absolute garbage!
