They listen to you when you’re a new client, but prepare to be ignored and forgotten after they get you in. I was treated better in the past, but they obviously experienced a change in staff that has eroded their ability to establish good client relations. I would try the next lawfirm first.
Everyone at WH Law were made my first experience with a law firm great. If you are thinking about going with them I recommend it because the process was straightforward and simple. I went with them after carefully reviewing other firms but their website and energy really stuck out to me!
When you see only one and five star reviews, beware. Usually, the one star reviews are the real ones. Anyone can leave a review, and you can bet that companies give themselves good reviews. I wish I’d checked closer before I hired them. They do a hard sell in the initial consultation, promise everything you need, and then they communicate solely through an app. I told them that I needed a lawyer I could actually talk to, they said no problem, and it’s now been over a month and they only communicate through their stupid app, which doesn’t work most of the time. I asked for my money back, because they didn’t do what they promised in the initial consultation, and they just haven’t responded. I would NOT reccommend hiring this company, you are not an important client, just a quick buck for them. I’m probably going to have to file a grievance against them with the state bar, and hire yet another attorney to get my money back. This is the last thing I wanted to deal with, especially while I’m having other legal issues.
