If I could give negative stars, I definitely would with this law firm. He’s a joke and he expected me to put all the work in for my Child Support case when all he had to do is contact the Child Support enforcement. He is a joke and probably a liberal.
Horrible lawyer! Takes your money and does absolutely NOTHING for you. Then lies so he quit and keep the money. Does not communicate and has an I don’t care about your case after he gets your money! Just a sorry lawyer!
Do not hire Mr. Bennett services were horrible lawyer doesn’t communicate he takes your retainer fee and you get no communication from him he returns your call an just sits on the phone .He doesn’t communicate the steps he takes,he had a major bypass surgery and there was no communication for weeks did not inform us of surgery til after a week of no communication.this lawyer is very careless he will talk to you any kind of way like your not hiring him ,he won’t send receipts of what your retainer fees went to I do not recommend hiring him for your case
