B. Keith Faulkner, P.A.

I wish I could give a zero star review. Mr. Faulkner refused to look at any paperwork for my case and had made the decision to deny my case prior to receiving any information about said case. Judging a book by its cover, he believed I didn’t have the money to pay him, so he blew me off and refused even the slightest look at my case and paperwork. Little does this non-punctual, disrespectful, angry little man know, I left his office and hired another attorney who did look over my case, and they made $5,000 from me in 2 days. Easy money that he could have made had he shown the slightest sign of respect or even an interest in something that is supposed to be his career. He also explained that the law firm I was fighting against in my case was one who “likes to litigate.” I guess Mr. Faulkner only takes on cases he knows are a for-sure win, against lower law firms than himself, or against firms he can bully into not litigating. It seems that unless something is easy and 100%, Mr. Faulkner won’t raise a finger. Absolute bottom of the barrel attorney. He interrupted, spoke over us, and disrespected my girlfriend. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere. There are many lawyers and attorneys who care and who work hard and will treat their clients or possible future clients with respect. That being said, his assistant was a wonderful, kind, and respectful woman. Hopefully, she will leave Mr. Faulkner behind and pursue employment with a more reputable and respectful law firm.
