Not sure how to rate an attorney that helps but also doesn’t. Court happened and I wasn’t notified ab the judge ordering $500 in attorney fees. Cliff was aware of this proceeding, and didn’t speak up for me. Cliff didn’t even get back the fees I paid him in the situation. My ex lied on the stand when taken for contempt and I got $500 back in attorney fees. A situation I had FOUR attorneys involved. FOUR. Good luck. I would have still been under compensated with one attorney at $500 and not one was close to that.
Mr Collins was a huge help in getting my father’s trust settled with a disgruntled family member and her wishy-washy attorney. He was very understanding of the sensitive nature of the situation, always showing the utmost concern for my best interest.
