At first, I would get quick responses. Now, I’m having to call and email 4+ times and waiting weeks/month for a single response from my attorney or his assistant. I don’t feel like I’m important at all. I’ve vocalized this multiple times. Still nothing has changed. Was given the law firms email opposed to the assistants because of this and have received 1 whole whopping response over a month and a half period. Chris seems like a very nice guy, but no matter what I ask, it falls upon deaf ears and have to respond multiple times to 1 email to get a response. His assistant messaged me after not emailing me for a month to tell me that she couldn’t help me because she was out of town. But the month before that while she worked, didn’t respond 1 time.
After having to get on disability in my 60’s I had to file bankruptcy. I had spoke to one & seriously couldn’t believe what they told me & there would be no way to afford bankruptcy. I am the only income in my household so I was pretty devastated not knowing what I would be able to do. I had seen a sign on I-30 service road in Benton/Bryant for years on my way to work & I thought ya know call them see what they say & thank God I did.
