I called and spoke with his secretary yesterday afternoon, she was incredibly rude, the only thing I wanted was a copy of a piece of paper from 2010, that John Martin filed with legal aid,she asked me the same question over and over, laughed throughout the conversation, until I asked her what was funny. She kept asking what kind of meeting did we have, I answered and she asked me again.She hung up in my face twice… According to her asking for paperwork was a waste of her time. She most definitely needs a course in etiquette or just to retire. I was trying to conduct my business, but dealt with ignorance and unprofessionalism.
