Let me start off by saying this review is for Phil Hinemans family law services, I was served with paperwork trying to relocate my kids to a different state against their will and suddenly found myself in the middle of a relocation battle for my kids, I can tell you from this long experience that going to court and waiting and waiting for a decision made by someone else that can impact your life so much is stressful and will bring on a lot of anxiety… Thank God I had Mr. Hineman by my side, he explained everything so well and took the time to make sure I understood what my rights were. Mr. Hineman and I always had excellent communication thru this 10 month process. He took the time to explain that this is a lengthy process and really helped keep me calm and informed, and most of all looking professional when the time came. Mr. Hineman was so attentive to every inch of detail and showed that he cared about this family and it showed in court with how hard he fought for us. I can happily say that we won our case and my kids get to stay with the majority of their family which is what we all wanted. Mr. Hineman was very knowledgeable on the subject of family law and I couldn’t imagine going thru this with anyone else on my side. Choosing The Law Office of Phil Hineman has been the best decision in my life.
