Very unprofessional! Lack of communication & support! She was working against my son the entire time she “representing” him and never once was in his favor. She’ll work for you only if you’re a paying client. She walks around like she’s a snob & better than everyone else when She should be ashamed of what she was doing behind closed doors!
Heather was very professional and responsive. Always communicated with transparency and to the point.
Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars. If she is assigned as ur public defender RUN! My son was assigned her for a charge that was completely false. Prosecutor had nobody & nothing, Heather never met my son, never asked questions never GAF about fighting the charge, never reached out to get the details about the night he was arrested after having his head slammed in the ground by his own dad (who fled). He stayed and spoke with the police just to be arrested. He felt like he had no choice but to take a plea deal because she doesn’t care!She’s a joke and only works with people who are going to pay big $$
