Today I decided to file my second complaint to the Arizona State Bar. M. Coleman is the subject of this complaint. My advice to EVERY person they appear to help is hold them accountable. They’re getting big donations, grants; both local and perhaps federal and all they have to do is show the “numbers”. But they will lie to you, get your info, get you as a number served but truly look at what is being done as opposed to what you were told. Get it all in writing and record EVERY SINGLE CALL, EMAIL, PHOTO, ENABLE GOOGLE MAPS, Prove YOUR Story THROUGH YOUR OWN EFFORTS. Because this outfit is as corrupt as Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, Prescott Valley Police and the Prosecutor’s Office. My next correspondence is going to the DOJ, AZ AG, Local, State, National News, Judicial Complaints, Social Media for the aggregious crimes committed by Jeffrey Alan Gerlak and the money spent on his defense for multiple violations including theft, strangulation, confinement, leaving the scene of an accident, endangerment, aggravated assault, oop violations, perjury, libel, slander, false reporting, drug use as an aircraft mechanic, shoplifting and attempted extortion.
I will tell my experience after everything is done as I cannot give an honest answer until then. Those who follow my reviews know that it is very important to me to be straight up. I keep an open mind when reviewing as I believe it’s only fair and that’s why I put personal experiences or information in my reviews. We are all different and see things differently hence why I explain myself or go in depth in my reviews. Plus, I like to tie in some thoughts or words of encouragement or such. I gave this place 5 stars for now bc they are free legal service. Most lack the understanding that lawyers are not private investigators. Plus, if you want someone to assist you for FREE then do your work, put some effort into things. You get out what you put in & that’s with most things in life. Don’t expect anyone to care more about your life or what’s going on in it, if you don’t. Stay tuned …I will be back to finish this review!
Even though buried up to their eyeballs with work they still take the time to ensure they respond and help as much as they can. THAT WAS THEN, this is now….huge letdown! Say one thing, then completely ignore calls, emails and in person visits. Really need to say what they mean rather than lie repeatedly to you and waste your time while you wait for a call back. Definitely need to follow through with a formal complaint. Truly sad that an outfit that deals with people in trauma has the audacity to further knock a victim down.
