I waited a week for my 2:00 pm phone consultation appointment. I called at 2:10 to find out if I would be getting a call. Receptionist said she would call me back. An hour later, I called again. She said she thought he was on the phone with me and said she didn’t know what time I would get a call; did I want to reschedule or stay on the schedule for the day. Why would I want to reschedule and waste more hours waiting for a call so I stayed on today’s schedule. Called again at 5:00 pm and left a message that I guess the appointment was canceled. Waited 3 hours for a call that was not going to happen. Very rude to not even get a cancellation call. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
The best attorney in the state and completely focused on the well being of his clients.
While representing me, he failed to notify me of a hearing. He didn’t show up for the hearing, which cost me at least $5000 in penalties. He said he’d take responsibility for it, but never did.
