There is something really unsettling about their practices and approach. It was clear that they prey on vulnerable eldery and have self-serving motives. I don’t normally write reviews and give a lot of leaway for imperfections and human error, but don’t want anyone to potentially fall into the pitfalls of their sales pitch which is not what’s underneath the surface. After the experience I had with them, the senior living facility where my aunt was living will not use them as a referral due to their practices and their perspective of their business.
Jason and Shelice were very accommodating and took the time to discuss and understand my goals before preparing a plan to legally accomplish them. They were very good about explaining the pros and cons and took time take sure I understood everything. They were fantastic to work with! I highly recommend them!
Everyone in this office is so professional and kind. They helped set up my friend’s estate so that she would have her needs taken care of. We appreciate their help and expertise. Definitely would recommend!
