We paid Peter Schmerl $2000 on 3/20 for some assistance with setting up our trust. We have made several calls and sent many emails with no response. Nothing had been done. If I could post negative stars, I would.
I recently needed to get my “ducks” in order at my age 70. I contacted the office of Peter Schmerl in Green Valley. I read the reviews, and was very impressed by what the other clinets had to say. I decided to call his office and set up an appointment. First of all his assistant was very helpful, kind and considerate. She said the first appointment would be by phone. Mr. Schmerl contacted me and made me feel at ease when discussing my personal requests. I knew this was the attorney I wanted to handle my Trust. I met with him for the signing of my Trust and was put at ease, I was a little nervous thinking about what my wishes would be should I pass on. The signing was very easy, and he sat with me explaining my questions. I have been a Paralegal for 10 years (retired now) but I have never worked in this area of law before. After the signing, I felt less nervous, and felt I had completed my intentions and last wishes.
