Ultimately, I did not hire Mr. Christensen but only because I feel he was very honest and transparent with me in telling me that my case would be an uphill battle. I know there are many attorneys out there that would have asked for a retainer, knowing there was little to no chance of winning. Rex was very open and honest, and would have been more than happy to represent me. After our initial consultation, he even did some additional research, just to be sure that his initial opinion was correct and in fact it was. I also believe he is an attorney that would be willing to take on a difficult case, and by no means am I suggesting that he did not take the case because it was too difficult. It just so happens that in my case, the law wasn’t on my side. Although my experience with him is limited and did not go beyond the initial consultation and his additional research, I can tell that he is a man of very high integrity, is very intelligent and knowledgeable, and is someone I would highly recommend.
