I hired these people after getting into an accident where I was hit by a drunk driver in July 2024. Since signing the contract, I have hardly heard from them. The longer this case goes on the less I hear from them, the paralegal that I was assigned to mixed up my information with someone else and no matter how many times I told him the correct information he never corrected it. I’ve made it very clear that I’m incredibly displeased with the services that I have received from the legal team. I’ve tried to call multiple times and I don’t know if something is wrong with their phones or if they’re just not picking up but I have to send angry emails just to get a phone call. I feel bad because I lost it on the new paralegal but after almost 6 months of no contact I was so done. I’m in pain and I’m tired. I don’t even know who my attorney is, I have no way of contacting them. I’ve never even met the attorney, and now I’m trying to call again to apologize to the paralegal for the way that I acted and to see where we even are in the case, but I again can’t get a hold of them. Their nurse practitioner never scheduled to follow up appointment with me. Their pain doctor never made an appointment with me. I feel like I was completely pushed to the sidelines after signing the dotted line. I’m really disappointed because they came highly recommended and with good reviews.
