Unresponsive to existing customer. After many multiple attempts over four months to obtain information and updates regarding my existing family trust that was executed by this firm, there was no response. It is clear they have no interest in doing further business with us. What a shame, as existing customers should expect at least a response of some kind, especially since I thought we had developed an authentic rapport over the last four years.

The best in the west! Great customer service! Would highly recommend!
