I am incredibly grateful to have been referred to Mike Miller as my attorney. Navigating a painful and grueling divorce was overwhelming, but Mike provided the guidance, support, and advocacy I needed to bring the process to a fair resolution. His team—Karen, Linda, and Tessa—were exceptionally patient, kind, and empathetic throughout.
My personal experience with Mr. Miller I give 1 star. I went into my divorce pretty naive and honestly trusting Mr. Miller. He told me show up to court a little early and he’ll let me know the questions they’ll ask me. When I arrived at court he told me, I don’t know what they’re going to ask you. So there was zero prep as of what to expect. He never submitted evidence I gave to him, and sat there while my ex’s lawyer asked me really gripping questions about grocery receipts and why I get Botox. I married a legitimate conman that lied under oath, stole money from me, hid money in undisclosed bank accounts and failed to disclose credit cards. A full time federal employee that worked quietly from home where he could day trade on the clock. He moved money like it was his job. The forensic accountant Mr.Miller advised I hire, didn’t find any of the undisclosed information in the months he poured over everything. I did. I found things no forensic accountant or attorney would overlook. Once I started questioning Mr. Miller he fired himself. He said it was too stressful and maybe it was. I would be stressed too, if I completely underestimated someone’s ability to find things two seasoned professionals apparently couldn’t find. I went on to hire a different attorney that had less ability than Mr. Miller. It sure seems like my case was fixed from the beginning. Mr. Miller did blame it on “hometown politics” which says a lot. If you choose Mr. Miller and your Judge is Patrick Gard, you might be good to go. All facts. Quick edit. Mr. Miller was kind enough to reply. When a Judge is biased against your client, you can ask for a new Judge and I asked for that. I know what really went on. You just got out because I caught on. Mr. Miller clearly told me he didn’t want to go in front of that Judge ever again. Which is funny, because that’s his job. And all the evidence he claimed I never gave to him. He had it all. It’s all documented. He never submitted it to the court as evidence, but gave everything to my ex husband’s lawyer. I wouldn’t say it if it wasn’t true. It’s facts.
