Annette and her team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. From Karen, her paraegal, and the rest of the office. Was always on top of my case, even in very difficult circumstances which im very grateful for. I would highly recommend them and would gladly work with them again if the situation ever arose again.
Divorce is horrible by itself. Annette and her staff made the process so much worse. Forgot or blew off appointments made by me and spouses attorney, only conduct business via email, used legal jargon I didn’t understand and when I asked for clarity both she and her staff were condescending. These items were horrible and then I get a letter from Annette telling me she will withdraw my case unless I ‘replenish’ my retainer. Somehow, my $4500 was blown although she and her staff did very little for me. She wanted another $2500 and since money was tight, I asked if she could reduce the replenishment. She sent me an angry, unprofessional email back comparing her services to a surgeon (neither her bedside manner nor her skills are anything close to a surgeon). I just received my final bill for her as somehow she blew through the last $500 in my retainer although she did very little for me. She nickel and dimed me the entire process and when I asked for clarification on the billing statement, her response was very unprofessional. I would have received better service hiring a paralegal. Save yourself further hardship and find another attorney who actually cares about her clients.
Sub poor attitude and thinks she knows way more than you. Would not recommend . She obviously has way more important clients to help than you!
