BIA Elizabeth. It seems that she may be displaying bias and not conducting thorough research, especially in relation to father’s rights. This is the second time my fiancé’s son has been assigned her as a BIA, yet Elizabeth has consistently sided with the mother without considering all factors. The mother has been non-compliant with the court order for 3.5 years, and evidence of this is available. Moreover, when it came to decision-making, Elizabeth seems to have only followed the mother’s requests. It is critical that the child’s best interest is the priority in such cases. #EveryChildMatters
