Danielle took our money for doing nothing. Went to him to file probate in another state and all he did was email lawyers trying to find the cheapest one to file probate and charged us for it. After 6 months and $1300 later, we told him we had found an attorney and his response was email me their information and I’ll handle it with them. We didn’t and fired him. The attorneys we found did an outstanding job handling everything and within 2 1/2 months it was settled, the whole will was settled in 5 months according to the deceases wishes. Danielle wasn’t informative at all about alot of issues we inquired about, it’s like he just forgot or chose not to reveal. I think he’s just too old and tired to really deal with anything legal anymore.
