Absolute worst! All of these 5 star reviews are from a year+ ago and I guess a lot must have changed since then because my 72 year old disabled mother has been going thru the world’s longest bankruptcy with this horrible firm! Wright hasn’t been seen or heard from since the first meeting when we hired him. Rose is the worst secretary /paralegal I’ve ever dealt with, completely incompetent and zero communication or transparency. They advised my mom to stop paying her bills, but said she can only have $300 in her bank account at the time of filling (chapter 7). They’ve waited so long to file that she had a $5k savings account built up to put towards her retirement, but she’s at risk of having to hand it over! They also wanted her to pay over $3k just to keep her vehicle because they forgot she was disabled which qualifies for a higher dollar threshold under chapter 7. If they would have filled it timely or if they had suggested chapter 11, she wouldn’t have to fight to keep her cash and car. Furthermore, she has to provide them with updated paycheck stubs and bank statements every 2 weeks that they keep waiting around! Horrible inconvenience! Pick anyone else! I picked this place due to the 5 star reviews and being located in Avondale, but we’ve had to drive to their Phoenix location to drop off the paperwork every time they need something new!
Although they did make a mistake about the payments in the beginning they informed me quickly with no excuses. Being up front and honest with me makes them the best in my book.
Wright Law Offices welcomed me with open arms with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Was an extremely simple and flawless execution and Benjamin treating each case with dignity and respect. More than cost effective and easy to reach out too…I would recommend anyone to Wright Law Offices without any hesitation.
