I don’t know how they stay in business. I am looking into the online divorce process as I want to take this matter back to my own hand. I don’t feel the support I need at all. The office employee told me they are going to draft the dicovery request and told me that they cannot promose a timeline, depending on what comes up, they will prioritize and cannot provide a timeline. I followed up again two weeks later, and this is what I heard from the lawyer: “We will serve your husband discovery requests just as soon as they are ready.” Is there any value in this response?
I had THE MOST satisfying consultation with Ms. Cechura! She readily offered any tips or insights I needed to move forward with my family law case with confidence! Regarding those leaving complaints about phone calls not being returned in a timely manner, I would like to point out that A.) this is a solo practice firm with a very small staff and B.) her assistant John was very proactive in completing my intake and providing timely contact.
