A few months ago I hired Mr. Ken Hardin to represent me in a lawsuit. At some point during my trial Mr. Hardin transferred my case to another attorney who was recently hired by his firm. I had a very unpleasant experience with the new attorney assigned to my case, Kayla Drum. I told her my story three separate times, what happened at my job, and why I opened a case against my previous employer. When Ms. Drum and I met with the mediator, Ms. Drum was unable to explain my grievance. When the mediator asked her for the papers, she provided papers from a different case. When I did not want to accept the offer, Ms. Drum become aggressive and stated that I must agree accept this offer, otherwise I will have to pay thirty to forty thousand dollars for lawyer fees, and I will never win this case. I never felt that Ms. Drum was acting as my lawyer, I felt like she was the lawyer for the other side We had second mediation two weeks later and again Ms. Drum did not seem to have any idea about my case.
