I am sure Michael is a good lawyer when he wants to be? Not in my case whatsoever but I do not plan on putting myself or being near these situations anymore.. with that being said.. If you’re ready to spend your savings, go right ahead and hire him. After blowing through my whole retainer by asking for “continuance after continuance” & flat out not putting much if any effort in utilizing the evidence (most given by me I might add) & the 6+ witnesses sworn statements proving my innocence AND also was informed that even the (2) arresting officers report backed all of my statements proving my innocence! It was all just a clear cut “Not guilty” (turned out to be a 45 min jury trial found me not guilty with a PDs office from anchorage that was winless in their last 28 cases that gone to trial HAHAAA) was dragged out…
