And I’m here to report that we’ve never had a WORSE transaction than the transy we just had with Hartman Springfield & Walker. Slow responses. Cold attitude. Poor communication. It was like pulling teeth for me just to get basic information throughout the process. Very disappointing and un-southern.
We recently closed on our new home and they handled our closing. It was as painless as we could have hoped for. Everyone was very helpful, all the paperwork was filled out and ready for our signatures.
