I am trying to help my dad update his will. I live in a different state. I found there information on Google. I called them to ask a question. I needed to know if they could assist me when I came to town since I do not live in the same state as my dad. Without the receptionist having any information, she bluntly said, “We don’t have any appointments available this week.” She did not care to find out when I would actually be in town. So I disconnected the call. My experience with this company was a very rude one and very unprofessional. No help at all.
