Tina Moon likes to threaten victims of crimes. I remember when she assisted in violating my freedom of speech because I hurt her son in laws feelings after he indicted the victim of a crime and assisted (unintentionally or intentionally, I don’t know)the criminal in getting away with mail theft, package theft, attempted package theft, trafficking identifying information, helping him obtain more information of a new victim, and 4 other counts of identity theft, 3 victims were elderly. Of course, calling her son in law “stupid” for causing the courthouse to mail all of my identifying information to the criminal is far worse than that. Forcing me to apologize and threatening my freedom if I don’t is a violation of my freedom of speech and I would argue threatening a victim since it was clear as day where the criminal lived and that I was a victim. I mean, it took me 48 hours to figure it out from the discovery, and I was working far more hours than law enforcement. Personally, Tina Moon should be disbarred, but that is just my opinion, like this review on her performance on a case that she had nothing to do with. Since your son in law couldn’t solve the case Ms. Moon, I gave them all the address. Suddenly the case doesn’t matter, like crimes against the elderly only matter when law enforcement doesn’t do stupid things. I wonder if they even told the victim the truth.
