Terrible experience with this firm. After several phone calls finally got an appointment with Bry Dave’s. The meeting was good and she told us she would begin working on it. She was asked in the meeting how much money we needed to pay at that time. She said nothing as she would get on it and send out a demand letter. After several weeks of not being able to get in touch with her we called the receptionist who told us it was our fault …we had put no retainer down. So we immediately put a retainer down. After about five days we called back and Bry would not answer her phone. We again called the receptionist and she told us in no uncertain terms it was our problem. When I tried to tell her we had tried to do the retainer weeks before…she hung up on us.
Will be trying to retain an attorney here soon. They were the only attorneys around to return my call and give me the advice i was seeking!!! Highly recommend contacting them if you need some advice in the areas they practice in!!!!
