I had a terrible, downright horrific experience with Margaret Casey. She got my case from another attorney, all prepared to go to trial and give my case a chance. Instead, she did not use what I had against the other party. She had me see someone we could bring on as an expert witness, then failed to add her name to the witness list, so she was unable to testify. She did not adequately use my Private Investigator reports, bring him to testify, or make it clear to the judge the indisputable evidence he had of the other party violating the order. Then, after all that, she filed a motion requesting the exact opposite of what I told her to do – which we discussed via email with me not once, but twice prior to her filing. Please do not use her. I wasted my money, my time, and at the end of the day, my son lost his mom due to her inability to do her job.
