I began working with Mr. Matthews around October 2022. During his representation, communication was minimal. His assistant frequently contacted me, stating she was unable to obtain my medical records. Last month, she informed me that I would need to contact the local hospital myself to get the records, as she was experiencing difficulties. I assume she eventually obtained them, as the defendant provided a settlement offer.
He accepted my case and had it for about and year meet with me once. I had been talking to Jessica that worked with him and she was persistent with getting things done. I received and email yesterday saying he no longer wants my case
First off I got to give a BIG THANK YOU TO MATT AND JESSICA when no one in Montgomery Alabama would take my case it did take sometime to get it resolved it took almost 5 years but good things don’t come over night and like I said Matt and Jessica was right by my side the hole way I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I had to I would also use them again but not looking to get hurt but like I said I highly recommend them they will work their butts off for you and your family once again
