The people were nice but not very resourceful or knowledgeable when I brought a family member. One of the counselors literally talked with her eyes closed which was strange. The caseworker had to leave the room to call someone everytime I asked a question and we left with instructions to call someone else. The whole encounter was insulting to the intelligence at best.
They tried to help me and it’s limited resources I thank all the people who tried to comfort me especially the woman in the hallway she prayed for me and I believe it was on time her hug melted alot of pain away her hug felt like my mom’s thank you stranger angel GB you always. Thank you to the people who provided me with safety measures and The lawyer who played with the baby, and helped me.
