Handles things great
I wish I could have given zero stars. I trusted in this law firm, paid a consultation fee with no hesitation. Discussed my issues with Mr. Ivey, in which he told me that he was unsure if he couldn’t handle my type of issue. He assured me that he would look into things and get back with me the following day either way, whether he could help with my issue or not. He never called me, even as I called the office within the following weeks and left several voicemails. I STILL have not heard anything back from anyone at this law firm. I initially went over 2 months ago. It would have been more professional and I would have appreciated at least the courtesy of someone getting back with me to let me know that they could not assist me. I would have accepted that better than my money being taken, then being completely ignored. VERY unprofessional. Maybe I was not important enough to deserve their services. Either way, I will never go to them again, and will advise everyone else to do the same.
He was very up front and honest about the things I asked him. He was a very nice guy and I’d recommend him to anyone with legal needs.
